• Audit Request: To inquire about our services, you must complete the audit request form on our website. We will then contact you to discuss your needs and provide a personalized proposal.
• Client Information: You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when making your request and throughout the service provision.

3. Pricing and Payment

The pricing for our services is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on your website's complexity and the scope of services required. A detailed proposal will be submitted to you before any commitment. Payment terms will be specified in that proposal.

4. Intellectual Property

• IA Ready Web Content: All content on our website (text, images, logos, articles, code, etc.) is the exclusive property of IA Ready Web or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Service Deliverables: The `iafeed.json` file and personalized audit reports we provide become your property upon receipt of full payment. We retain the right to use anonymized audit data for the improvement of our tools and services.
• Your Content: You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content of your website that we will analyze as part of the audit.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services aim to improve your website's compatibility with AI models. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or exact performance in AI search results, as these factors depend on many elements beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, competitor actions). Our liability is limited to the provision of the service as described in the commercial proposal.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
